Accommodations: NGWA has secured a limited block of rooms on a first come, first served basis at the group rate of $125 per night single/double occupancy. These rates are valid until the November 10, 2008 cutoff, unless the block has been filled before that date. After this date, rooms will be filled on a space and rate available basis only. When making your reservations, be sure to mention you are attending this NGWA event. Remember, you are responsible for securing your own reservations. Getting from the airport to your hotel
Bell Transportation offers convenient service from McCarran International Airport to the Strip hotels for $6 per person per trip ($11 roundtrip) or $7.50 per person per trip ($14 roundtrip) to downtown hotels, 24 hours a day/seven days a week. Transportation is on a "Share-A-Ride" basis meaning additional stops prior to your final destination may occur. Bell Trans staff and vehicles are conveniently located outside of door #9 of the main terminal baggage claim area at the airpot.
