NGWA-PAC is a separate, segregated fund established by NGWA to contribute to U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives candidates.
Voluntary contributions by individuals to NGWA-PAC should be from personal checks or personal credit cards. Contributions from corporations and associations cannot be accepted and will be returned. Federal law requires NGWA-PAC to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year.
The contribution guidelines are merely suggestions. An individual is free to contribute more (maximum $5,000 a year) or less than the guidelines suggest. No one will favor or disadvantage anyone by reason of the amount of their contribution or their decision not to contribute. Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal tax purposes.
Individual members and those whose company is a member, but not a corporation:
Please make all checks payable to NGWA-PAC.
Print out a contribution form (available from the left menu).
Send the completed contribution form to: NGWA-PAC, Attn: Paul Humes, Treasurer, 601 Dempsey Rd., Westerville, OH 43081.
If your company is a member and a corporation:
You must follow the solicitation approval rules for company membership.
The member corporation must provide written approval to NGWA-PAC for the solicitation of the corporation's executive and administrative personnel and its stockholders.
The member corporation can allow only ONE trade association PAC the right to solicit annually.
Print out a permission to solicit form (available from the left menu).
The permission to solicit form must be signed by an authorized official of the corporation.
Once the permission to solicit form is signed, print out the contribution form (available from the left menu) as well and send both to: NGWA-PAC, Attn: Paul Humes, Treasurer, 601 Dempsey Rd., Westerville, OH 43081.
