Key features

It's appropriate — NGWA-PAC is registered with the Federal Election Commission to receive contributions and is in compliance with all applicable laws.
It's voluntary — Contributions to NGWA-PAC are completely voluntary. It is your decision alone how much to give or whether to give at all. You may contribute as much as you like up to the maximum of $5,000 per calendar year allowed under federal law.
Every dollar contributed goes to candidates — NGWA pays all administrative and solicitation costs for NGWA-PAC, as permitted by law. Every dollar you contribute to NGWA-PAC will be used to support candidates for the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives.
It's politically smart — By pooling individual contributions through NGWA-PAC, we can have a greater impact on political campaigns than any one of us could by acting alone. Equally important, our contributions serve as a reminder to lawmakers that the groundwater industry is both a politically aware and actively involved constituency in American politics.
