Your voice in America's political process

Today's groundwater professional faces a number of political issues that, when resolved, will directly affect the natural resource and the future of the groundwater industry. That is why the National Ground Water Association has established a political action committee — the National Ground Water Association Political Action Committee or NGWA-PAC. It is part of three-tier NGWA government affairs strategy with Washington, D.C., representation and a grassroots contact network, the NGWA Standard Bearer Network.

Federal law prohibits trade associations from contributing dues income to federal candidates. However, NGWA can encourage its members and their employees to play an active role by making personal contributions to NGWA-PAC. Corporate and associations contributions are prohibited. Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal tax purposes.

For more information about contributing to NGWA-PAC, call NGWA at 800 551.7379 (614 898.7791).
