• Register by fax. Print the registration form, fill it in, and fax it to 614 898.7786. Our fax line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Register by mail. Print the registration form, fill it in, and return it with your payment to: NGWA Registrations, PO Box 715435, Columbus, OH 43271-5435 USA.

Nonmember — $625
Full-time student (ID required) —
     NGWA member — $150
     Nonmember — $200

Please note: Those registering as government employees must do so by phone, fax, or mail; online registration cannot be accepted. Please also note that after early registration closes January 27, 2012, government employees will pay either the regular NGWA member or nonmember rate, depending upon membership status at the time of registration.
