Webinars are an affordable alternative to traditional education programs. Below are frequently asked questions about our Webinars.
Where do I call if I can’t log on or if I am having trouble?

customer service immediately. They are experts and will assist you quickly. Call 800 263.6317 and select option 2.
Can I get a refund if I can’t log on at the last minute?
Customers rarely encounter problems logging on, but if you experience a problem when joining a Webinar, please contact GoToWebinar customer service at 800 263.6317 and select option 2. NGWA’s customer service department must be contacted within the first 10 minutes of the presentation time as well for a refund to be considered.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend a Webinar at the last minute?
Refunds are not given after the refund date listed on our Web site. We encourage you to contact us and provide the name of a coworker who can participate in your place.
How long does the Webinar last?
NGWA’s Webinars usually last one hour, unless otherwise specified on the Web site.
Are your Webinars recorded?
Certain Webinars are recorded.
Can we purchase the recording?
Recordings of select Webinars will be available for purchase through our online library in the near future.
How do we receive the information to participate in the Webinar?
You’ll receive an e-mail invitation with log-in details two days prior to the presentation date. Click on the “registration” button and complete GoToWebinar’s brief registration process. You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration for the Webinar, along with the option to add the Webinar information to your Outlook® calendar.
Please note: Some Webinars may require organizer approval prior to the delivery of a confirmation e-mail.
Can the link be sent to more than one person?
The Webinar link is sent to the registered person only.
Will I receive a certificate for my participation in the Webinar?
Yes. The registered person will receive a PDF certificate via e-mail when attending a one-hour Webinar.
When will I receive the certificate?
A PDF certificate will be e-mailed to the registered person within 48 hours (two business days) after the Webinar.
Can I register after the registration has been closed?
No registrations will be accepted after the Webinar closing date.
How many computers will the e-mail invitation connect with?
Your registration fee is for one computer connection and one phone connection.
What software does the Webinar platform use?
The Webinar platform is Citrix® GoToWebinar.

How do we get the audio portion of the Webinar?
The audio portion of the Webinar comes through your computer speakers or you can dial into the presentation via the phone.
I am certified through NGWA’s Voluntary Certification Program. Can I obtain continuing education points for attending Webinars?
Yes. If you are currently enrolled through the National Ground Water Association Voluntary Certification Program, you can obtain continuing education points (CEPs) or professional development credits (PDCs) for attending or presenting Webinars. Submit the appropriate documentation to the certification coordinator for proper credit.
