Top water and remediation policymakers will headline this year’s NGWA Groundwater Industry Legislative Conference, aka the NGWA Washington Fly-in, taking place February 25-26 in D.C.
Lisa Feldt, EPA’s deputy assistant administrator in the Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response confirmed her participation today. She joins EPA’s Office of Ground Water and Drinking Water Director Peter Grevatt and the Defense Department’s Director of Environmental Management Maureen Sullivan, among others, on the podium. Ken Belitz, Ph.D., with the National Water Quality Assessment Program will also be speaking. NAWQA has been at the forefront of groundwater quality issues — identifying emerging contaminants of concern, undertaking studies of private well water quality, and monitoring trends over time.
This upcoming NGWA-sponsored event gives you the opportunity to hear from the leading decision-makers in both the water supply and remediation policy arenas. Find out what’s on their agendas and ask questions.
