NGWA to host virtual conference on declining groundwater levels

(WESTERVILLE, OH — August 19, 2011) The National Ground Water Association will explore the true causes of decreasing groundwater levels, how they can be effectively monitored and addressed, and mitigation technologies in a virtual conference October 19, 2011.
“Declining Groundwater Levels: Measuring, Monitoring, and Mitigation — an NGWA Virtual Conference,” will take place from 8:45 a.m. to 4:35 p.m. ET.
The conference program is suited to:
Consultants and engineers
Land developers
State, federal, and local policymakers
State, federal, and local regulators
Municipal planners
Municipal financial analysts and lending institutions
Agricultural enterprises
Irrigation firm representatives.
The conference will be conducted using Microsoft Live Meeting.
