The NGWA Supplier of the Year Award is given annually. Nominations are accepted from the general membership of the Suppliers Division and reviewed by the Suppliers Board of Directors for approval.
Presentation of this award is made at the general membership meeting of the NGWA Suppliers Division held at the annual NGWA Ground Water Expo.

Qualifications — a potential recipient must:
- Be a current member of the Suppliers Division of NGWA.
- Have a minimum of 10 years membership with NGWA.
- Be an active member of their respective state organization.
- Be a full-time ground water equipment supplier.
- Demonstrate progressive volunteerism for NGWA.
- Possess a good attitude with leadership qualities.
- Possess the basic qualities of honesty, integrity, accountability, and dependability.
- Have served in a leadership capacity (committee, board, etc.).
- Promote ground water and ground water issues to the industry and the general public.
- Be employed with a company that has participated in the Supplier Incentive Program.
