All authors whose articles are accepted for publication in Groundwater® or Groundwater Monitoring & Remediation® must fill out and sign a copyright transfer agreement form and page charge form before the article is published.

Articles cannot be published until the publisher has received the appropriate signed agreement. Within days after a paper is accepted, coresponding authors will receive an e-mail from Wiley’s Author Services system asking them to log in. It will then present the authors with the appropriate form for completion.

The Page Charge Acknowledgment Form (for both publications) (PDF) may be sent to NGWA Director of Information Products Thad Plumley via e-mail to tplumley@ngwa.org, faxed to 614 898.7786, or mailed to NGWA, 601 Dempsey Rd,, Westerville, OH 43081, USA.
