NGWA routinely posts calls for session proposals, abstracts, and papers for its conferences, as well as proposals for workshops, topical sessions, panel discussions, field trips, and the like for both the annual Groundwater Expo and the annual Ground Water Summit.

Current calls

  • A call for abstracts is underway for the 2013 NGWA Summit — The National and International Conference on Groundwater taking place in San Antonio, Texas, April 28-May 2. Abstracts must be submitted online and are due by 11:59 p.m. ET, November 23, 2012.
  • A call for abstracts is open for the Ohio Groundwater Forum: Protecting and Managing Groundwater for the Future taking place June 19, 2013 in Columbus, Ohio. Abstracts must be submitted online and are due by 11:59 p.m. ET, Sunday, January 13, 2013.
In addition to accepting submissions for NGWA educational events, abstracts for our award-winning peer-reviewed journals Ground Water® and Ground Water Monitoring & Remediation® are accepted year-round.
