Spouse/child/full-time student, each* — $90

Registration

Preregistration is necessary for participation in this event and must be received on or before January 25, 2013.

Four ways to register:

  • Register online through our secure registration system.
  • Register by phone at 800 551.7379 (614 898.7791). Customer service hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. ET.
  • A print registration form (PDF) will be posted in the coming weeks for those preferring to register by fax or mail.

When registering, please indicate any special needs.

Conference cancellation/substitution: Cancellations must be received on or before February 8, 2013. Registration fees will not be refunded after that time. Substitutions may be made at any time. Please notify NGWA at 800 551.7379, ext. 562, of cancellations or substitutions, so that congressional offices that are holding appointments may be notified as appropriate. Do not call the congressional offices directly as other registrants may be scheduled for the same congressional appointment.

Airline information: Due to scheduling conflicts in congressional offices, all congressional appointments may not be in succession. Congressional appointments may extend until 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 26. Please make your travel plans accordingly. NGWA is not responsible for nonrefundable airline tickets. NGWA neither endorses nor recommends any specific airline. Past attendees have experienced significant savings by comparing prices at the various regional airports, Reagan National, Dulles, or Baltimore-Washington International Airport, and then using surface transportation to get to the hotel. Consult with your travel agent on your options.
