- Recogntion in the on-site program at the NGWA Ground Water Expo and Annual Meeting
- Displaying posters, three-feet by seven-feet as provided by each recipient, in the convention center at the Ground Water Expo where they are viewed by thousands of attendees
- An award presentation at the NGWA Ground Water Expo
- Issuance of press releases to national and industry media following the award presentation at Expo.
