• Each chapter will have a minimum of five NGWA student members (undergraduates and graduates).
• There will only be one student chapter per university/college or drilling school.
• Each chapter will have a faculty adviser who is a member of NGWA.
• Each chapter will provide the NGWA student chapter administrator with a current membership roster including name, address, college enrollment, major, graduate or undergraduate student, and year in school.
• Each chapter must be recognized by the college/university or drilling school and a confirming document must be provided to NGWA.
• Each chapter will provide NGWA a meeting/function calendar.
• Each chapter will name and always refer to itself as the "NGWA Student Chapter at (name of college/university or drilling school)."
• Each chapter will have a section on the NGWA Web site for posting information.
• Membership in each chapter will not be restricted in any way for reasons of race, creed, color, religion, gender, national origin, sexual preference, ancestry, physical or mental disability, or veteran status.
