Students studying in groundwater-related programs, whether in a university, community college, or a drilling school, are the future of the industry. NGWA recognizes the future by offering many programs for full-time student members including student chapters, tuition scholarships, an e-list discussion group, professional journals, a lecture series, and access to our database of NGWA-published literature abstracts.
Michael Campana, director of the Institute for Water and Watersheds at Oregon State University and former AGWSE chair, states that "NGWA is the foremost groundwater, society in the world. Student membership in NGWA is one of the best professional society bargains. All groundwater students should belong to the NGWA."
