Learning objectives
During this course, you will learn about:
- Regulatory and compliance drivers for groundwater sampling
- How to prepare for, and conduct, groundwater sampling activities
- Proper protocols for shipping samples for laboratory analysis
- How to analyze sampling results.

Items to note
- You should plan to participate in the daily field activities, which means wearing sunscreen as needed, and appropriate clothing and footwear to prevent contact with poison ivy.
- Please bring safety goggles, a hard hat, and hearing protection.
- You should bring a laptop computer with you to work out classroom problems.
