 Current calls for papers

 
​NGWA routinely posts calls for session proposals, abstracts, and papers for its conferences, as well as proposals for workshops, topical sessions, panel discussions, field trips, and the like for both the annual Groundwater Expo and the annual Groundwater Summit. There is no cost to make submissions for these events.​

Current calls

  • A call for abstracts is open for the Bay State Groundwater Forum being held in Brookline, Massachusetts, on September 26, 2013. Abstracts must be submitted online and are due by 11:59 p.m. ET on June 2, 2013.​
  • A call for abstracts is now open for the NGWA Conference on Groundwater and Food Production taking place October 10-11 in Dallas, Texas. Abstracts must be submitted online and are due by 11:59 p.m. ET on June 22, 2013.​
  • The call for abstracts is now open for the 2014 NGWA Groundwater Summit taking place May 4-7 in Denver, Colorado. Abstracts must be submitted online and are due by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 6, 2013.​
In addition to accepting submissions for NGWA educational events, abstracts for our award-winning peer-reviewed journals Groundwater® and Groundwater Monitoring & Remediation® are accepted year-round.
