Super Jaws provides superior performance for simultaneous drilling and casing in hard rock and overburden formations. Wings extend out to drill a full diameter hole then retract to bring all tooling to the surface. No expensive tools are left in the hole and no casing teeth are required.
IMPACT RING BIT SYSTEM® — Drills holes 5-1/4″ to 50-1/2″ (133 to 1283 mm)
Numa’s Impact Ring Bit System is the best method for simultaneous drilling and casing for horizontal applications in both overburden and hard rock conditions. The system consists of a DTH hammer, auger, and a unique two-piece center/ring bit combination. It delivers faster penetration rates due to large bit surface area contacting formation and saves money as all components are reusable on multiple projects.
DUAL FLUID SYSTEM® (DFS) — Drills holes 5-1/4″ to 36” (133 to 914 mm)
Numa’s Dual Fluid System is a DTH hammer for use in environmentally challenging or confined worksites where contamination or risks of damaging close-by piles or other infrastructure is present. The DFS uses a modified reverse circulation concept where water and/or bezonite are used for flushing the hole instead of pressurized air. The result for drillers is all the performance benefits of DTH air drilling, but without the drawbacks that air can introduce.
DTH HAMMER LUBRICATORS — Available in 5, 15, and 45 gallon models
Pneumatic lubricators are positive displacement, air-operated, lubrication systems. They are designed to inject rock drill oil into the air line under positive pressure to ensure the proper amount of oil is supplied to the DTH hammer while drilling.
ENVIROLUBE
In drilling applications where petroleum distillates are not allowed to lubricate DTH hammers, Numa offers a nontoxic and biodegradable alternative. Numa Enviro Lube is best suited for use with 3-1/2” to 6” (89 to 152 mm) hammers in water well and environmental drilling applications.
