How do I join a Zoom offering?

Who do I call if I can’t log on or am having trouble?
Please contact Zoom via chatbox or phone (888) 799-9666, ext. 2.
Can I get a refund if I can’t log on at the last minute?
Customers rarely encounter problems logging on, but if you do please click here to contact Zoom’s technical support. NGWA’s customer service
department must also be contacted within the first 10 minutes of the presentation time for a refund to be considered — call (800) 551-7379 or (614) 898-7791 outside the United States, or send an email to email@example.com.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend an online presentation at the last minute?
Refunds are not given after the refund date listed on our website. We encourage you to contact us and provide the name of a coworker who can participate in your place.
Can I still register after registration has officially closed?
No registrations will be accepted after the stated closing date/time.
I registered for a multipart broadcast. I can’t attend them all. Can I transfer a session to someone else?
Registrations are nontransferable after an event has started.
How long do these presentations last?
Please refer to the specific event page as times vary.
What time zone are your offerings presented in?

Are online offerings recorded?
Certain presentations are recorded.
When are online recordings available?
If we have been given permission to record the presentation, registered attendees will be able to access the webinar recording via a unique link for the following five calendar days following the live broadcast. If NGWA has permission to distribute the webinar recording after this time, it will be posted as soon as feasible.
Can I purchase the recording?
Recordings of select offerings may be purchased through the NGWA Learning Center.
How will I receive the information to participate in the event?
After registering for a presentation, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your registration that contains instructions for accessing the presentation. You will then receive reminder emails one week, one day, and one hour before the presentation.
How do I get the audio portion of the presentation?
The audio portion comes through your computer speakers or you can dial into the presentation via the phone.
Can the presentation log-in details be sent to more than one person?
The link is sent to the registered person only.
How many computers will the email log-in details allow me to connect with?
The registration fee is for one computer connection and one phone connection.
Will I receive a certificate for my participation in the presentation?
Yes. The registered individual will receive a PDF certificate via email when attending a one-hour or longer presentation.
When will I receive the certificate?
A PDF certificate will be emailed to the registered person within 48 hours (two business days) after the presentation.
I would like to just dial in and listen on my phone only. Will I receive a certificate if I do?
No. You have to attend via the platform in order to receive a certificate.
I am certified through NGWA’s Voluntary Certification Program. Can I obtain continuing education points for attending online presentations?
Yes. If you are currently enrolled through NGWA's Voluntary Certification Program, you can obtain continuing education points (CEPs) or professional development credits (PDCs) for attending (or presenting) online offerings. Submit the appropriate
documentation to the certification coordinator for proper credit.
