NGWA routinely posts calls for session proposals, abstracts, and papers for our conferences, as well as proposals for workshops and other offerings for our premier industry event, Groundwater Week. In addition to NGWA educational events, abstracts are accepted year-round for our award-winning peer-reviewed journals, Groundwater® and Groundwater Monitoring & Remediation®. There is no cost to make submissions.

Instructions for the Call for Workshop Proposals and Platform, Poster & Extended Learning Session abstracts will be posted by February 20, 2026. The call for proposals will be open from March 1 – May 15, 2026. The call will be posted at groundwaterweek.com.
