Open Calls for Presentations/Submissions

NGWA routinely posts calls for session proposals, abstracts, and papers for our conferences, as well as proposals for workshops and other offerings for our premier industry event, Groundwater Week. In addition to NGWA educational events, abstracts are accepted year-round for our award-winning peer-reviewed journals, Groundwater® and Groundwater Monitoring & Remediation®. There is no cost to make submissions.

Call for event submissions

The call for submissions is now open for Groundwater Week 2023, which is taking place December 5-7 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Groundwater Week is the industry’s premier annual event providing exceptional educational offerings and networking opportunities, as well as being the place to showcase new products, technologies, and services. The 2023 show should prove extra special as NGWA celebrates its 75-year anniversary! Submissions are sought for workshop/learning sessions, conference platform/poster presentations, and roundtable discussions focused on practical application and science-oriented educational offerings relevant to those working in the various sectors of the groundwater industry. All submissions must be made online via our conference management platform and are due by May 15, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

A call for submissions is open for Groundwater Monitoring & Remediation’s special issue on contamination and characterization of the vadose zone. Click here for the details, including submitting a synopsis of your proposed manuscript, which is due by June 1, 2023.
