Open Calls for Presentations/Submissions

NGWA routinely posts calls for session proposals, abstracts, and papers for its conferences, as well as proposals for workshops, activity areas, field trips, and the like for its premier industry event, Groundwater Week. There is no cost to make submissions for these events.

Current calls

A call for papers is underway for the Groundwater and Oil and Gas Development: Improved Management Practices for Groundwater Protection and Water Supply workshop, which is taking place March 4-5, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas. Abstracts must be submitted online via our conference management platform and are due by November 27, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

A call for papers is underway for the NGWA Forum on Managing Groundwater and Surface Water as a Single Resource: Merging Science and Policies, which is taking place May 14-15, 2019 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Abstracts must be submitted online via our conference management platform and are due by January 7, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

A call for papers is underway for The PFAS Management, Mitigation, and Remediation Conference, which is taking place June 19-20, 2019 in Westerville, Ohio. Abstracts must be submitted online via our conference management platform and are due by January 13, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

A call for papers is underway for the Groundwater Solutions: Innovating to Address Emerging Issues for Groundwater Resources Conference, which is taking place August 6-7, 2019 in Arlington, Virginia. Abstracts must be submitted online via our conference management platform and are due by January 20, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
