The National Ground Water Association Announces 2026 Executive Leadership Team
New Leadership will continue to support NGWA priorities
WESTERVILLE, Ohio — The National Ground Water Association (NGWA) has announced its 2026 executive leadership and board of directors following elections held during Groundwater Week 2025. The newly elected leaders reflect NGWA’s continued commitment to advancing and supporting the groundwater industry.
2026 Executive Leadership
- President: Seth Kellogg, PG
- President-Elect: Robert C. Keyes, CWD
- Treasurer: John H. Boyette Jr., CVCLD
- Secretary: Chauncey Leggett, CWDPI/VCLD
NGWA Board of Directors
During the NGWA Delegates Meeting at Groundwater Week 2025, members elected and re-elected the following individuals to serve on the 2026 NGWA Board of Directors:
- John H. Boyette Jr., CVCLD, Boyette Well & Septic Inc., Wilson, North Carolina (re-elected)
- Charles “Buddy” Sebastian, III, CWD/PI, Sebastian & Sons Well Drilling Inc., Springport, Michigan (re-elected)
- William McPike, Geothermal Drilling Inc., Huntsville, Texas (first term)
- Kevin McGinnis, Cotey Chemical Corp., Lubbock, Texas
McGinnis was also elected secretary of the Manufacturers Section Board of Directors, a role that concurrently serves as a director on the NGWA Board of Directors.
President-Elect Robert C. Keyes said the association is well positioned to address both the challenges and opportunities facing the groundwater industry.
“As a groundwater professional and business owner, I understand the challenges our industry faces, from workforce shortages and regulatory complexity to the need for continued education and technological advancement,” said Keyes. “I'm proud that our leadership team brings together the expertise and commitment needed to help our members deliver safe and reliable groundwater to communities across the country.”
NGWA leadership is elected annually during Groundwater Week.
Groundwater Week 2026 will take place December 8–10, 2026, in Las Vegas.
