Paycheck Protection Program update: Senate passes extension of PPP application deadline for small-business loans

July 1, 2020

Last night (June 30), in a unanimous vote, the Senate passed a bill that would give the Small Business Administration authority to continue approving Paycheck Protection Program loans until August 8. The House is still required to pass the legislation and send it to President Donald Trump for his signature.
