Anja Frazier is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in the equipment financing industry. Her career began as an International Area Manager for a global equipment financing firm. She later held key leadership roles at SL Financial Services and SCG Capital, ultimately serving as Vice President, where she led major client initiatives across the heavy equipment sector.
In 2012, Frazier joined BAUER Equipment America, and in 2021, she founded and now leads BAUER Financial Services as CEO. Under her leadership, the division has expanded access to tailored financing solutions for customers of all sizes and for dealers in the water well industries.
Recognized for her deep expertise and credibility among both customers and lenders, Frazier is a frequent speaker on equipment finance and investment planning. She has presented at numerous local and regional industry associations and is a returning speaker at the Jubilee, now presenting for the third consecutive year.
In 2022, she was named one of the Top Women in Equipment Finance by Monitor Magazine and was featured in World Wide Drilling Resource for her insights on removing financial stress from major purchases. She also regularly publishes articles in both national and international industry magazines on equipment financing and related topics.
