Long-time NGWA member Todd Hunter, CWD/PI, is the recipient of NGWA’s most prestigious award, the Ross L. Oliver Award for outstanding contributions to the groundwater industry. Hunter owns Ground Water Pump Systems in Boulder, Colorado.
