NGWA member Joe Farago passed away on January 17 in Wausau, Wisconsin. He was 92.
Retired from Farago’s Drilled Wells in Plainfield, Wisconsin, he established Farago's Drill Wells, Plumbing and Septic Systems in 1964. A Korean War veteran, Farago was also a life member of the Wisconsin Water Well Association.
Farago’s Drilled Wells is now a third-generation firm with Farago’s son, Terry, and grandson, Clancy, owners of the company. Terry is a past NGWA board member.
