Join NGWA’s Advancing Women in Groundwater for an education and networking session focused on negotiation and self-advocacy skills. Professionals in the groundwater industry are often asked to speak up, influence decisions, and represent their work in challenging environments. This session will offer practical approaches to advocating for yourself with confidence and professionalism. The webinar will be led by Dr. Raj Basu, Management faculty member in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University. Following the presentation, attendees will have time to network, share experiences, and connect with peers in the groundwater community.
