NGWA is seeking a scientist or engineer who is currently active in the field of groundwater science to serve as editor-in-chief for Groundwater®.
The editor will be appointed for a three-year term and paid a stipend. He or she must demonstrate knowledge and expertise in the field of groundwater science and hydrogeology. A familiarity with the peer-review and publishing process by either having served as a subeditor or reviewer for a research journal, or published research in a peer-reviewed journal is required as well.
The term will begin January 1, 2020.
