Past Groundwater Foundation McEllhiney Lecturer Peter S. Cartwright, PE, MWS, received the 2020 Hall of Fame award from the Water Quality Association. Cartwright, who served as the McEllhiney Lecturer in 2016 and presented “Groundwater Contaminants and Treatment Options,” is a longtime member of WQA.
Cartwright has served on several WQA committees, task forces, and presented at WQA events. He founded Cartwright Consulting Co. LLC in 1980. And he has also has volunteered for NGWA, serving on multiple committees, including the initial working group that produced the Association’s guidance document, Groundwater and PFAS: State of Knowledge and Practice, in 2017.
