Neil Mansuy, vice president of technical services for Subsurface Technologies Inc., passed away on May 12. He was 64. Subsurface Technologies is headquartered in Rock Tavern, New York, but Mansuy was located in Kansas City, Missouri.
A long-time member of NGWA, he had more than 40 years of experience in well rehabilitation, presented on the subject multiple times at NGWA’s Groundwater Week, and was a part of several NGWA committees and task forces.
He was also part of several
Water Well Journal® articles through the years and authored the cover story of the April 2021 issue, “
Shifting Thinking in Well Cleaning and Maintenance.”
