A new white paper, Remediation Site Resiliency: Planning and Implementation Strategies, has been published by NGWA and is available to its members for free.

Resilient design concepts are increasingly being incorporated into many water systems today. They are being considered and integrated into systems identified as potentially vulnerable to catastrophic events.

The purpose of the white paper is to highlight the need for resilient design at these vulnerable sites, summarize the process of hazard identification and mitigation, and direct groundwater professionals to existing tools available to evaluate site-specific risk and integrate resilient design concepts.
