NGWA announced Monte Richardson, of Bellville, Texas, has been certified as a Master Groundwater Contractor (MGWC).
The designation of MGWC recognizes those who have proven exceptional knowledge and dedication in water well construction and pump installation. To receive the designation of MGWC, candidates must have five years of active experience in the water well construction industry, possess all existing NGWA certifications, and pass a rigorous four-hour exam displaying their competency on a wide range of skills.
Richardson, who is a contractor and owner of J & S Water Wells, also located in Bellville, Texas, has been a long-time leader and volunteer within the groundwater industry.
“I’m honored to receive the designation of Master Groundwater Contractor,” Richardson said, “and I’m thankful for everyone who helped and taught me about this industry along the way. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and inspiring more people to join the groundwater profession.”
