NGWA retired member Hewitt M. “Hewie” Fredebaugh Jr., 87 of Mentor, Ohio, passed away on May 15.
Fredebaugh was the retired owner/operator of Fredebaugh Well Drilling Co. in Mentor. He served on the Ohio Water Well Association Board of Directors and on the board of the private water systems advisory council for the Ohio Department of Health.
