Keith Starks of Starks Drilling LLC in Almo, Kentucky passed away on December 18 after a battle with cancer. He was 64.
Starks was a water well contractor for 46 years as co-owner and owner of Starks Drilling and as a partner with his son, Kyle, since 2021. He was a member of NGWA, Kentucky Ground Water Association, and Tennessee Water Well Association.
