NGWA retired member Charles Nielson, 77, passed away on April 24.
Recognizing a community need for tradesmen in New Paltz, New York, Nielson transitioned from the hardware business to start Nielson Water Systems. Over the next 45 years, Nielson and his company became a trusted community partner, providing plumbing, well pump services, and residential and agricultural irrigation.
