February 13, 2026

NGWA is pleased to announce that Aaron Golub will serve as the keynote presenter for Groundwater Week 2026, December 8-10 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Aaron Golub made history as the first legally blind Division I athlete to play in a college football game at Tulane University. He went on to be named a team captain and later signed as an NFL free agent. Today, Golub is a professional speaker, entrepreneur, and consultant who works with organizations and teams around the world to develop leadership strategies that challenge limitations, overcome adversity, and drive performance.

Golub will speak on performance-based leadership: an intense and captivating session on how to perform at the highest level in all areas of life using motivation to do so and be able to focus on achieving results and meeting specific performance goals. He dives into human behavior, creating successful habits, and how to break through what’s holding your team and each individual back.

“Learning the proper tools that allow you to enter this state helps to create success in your mind, body, spirit, and business,” Golub shares.
